Pocket Mode

The Hamock Gear Loft shown in pocket mode. This mode creates a sleek storage pocket for small to medium size items.

Sliding the included Prusik loops away from each other on the ridgeline will cause the Gear Loft to lengthen, forming a sleek storage pocket. This mode is great for storing several small-to-medium-sized items. The elastic drawstrings automatically close the pocket, concealing the contents.

Changing the distance between the ends of the Gear Loft allows you to change modes and adapt it to the gear you will be storing.

Expands To Meet Your Needs

Moving the loops closer to each other a little will loosen the Gear Loft and allow it to hang lower. This allows it to expand, which is great for large, bulky items like top quilts and underquilts.

Utilize Wasted Space

The Hammock Gear Loft is shown here at the foot end of a hammock. THis allows you to use wasted space when hammock camping.

You can position the Gear Loft anywhere on the ridgeline you’d like. When it’s near the foot end of your hammock, it allows you to use this weather-protected space that’s normally unused. This is an ideal place to store your gear because it’s out of your way, off of the ground, and protected from rain by your hammock tarp.

When you are hammock camping, your tarp will protect the Hammock Gear Loft and your gear from rain, allowing you to utilize the space above your hammock.

Built-in Elastic Drawstrings
